**Position Summary**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR), preferably with B2B experience, to join our team located in Medellin, Colombia. This is a full time position at our offices in Poblado, Medellin but remote work can be arranged after completion of the initial training process and consistent attainment of the established targets.

Leads are the rocket fuel of any B2B sales process, why our ability to consistently create high-quality conversations with our prospective clients, are a key indicator for the growth of our customer base and company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Cold call at least 50 prospects per day. The list will be provided to you by our Sales Ops Manager, who on a weekly basis, will be identifying the best suited prospects for you to solicit based on their levels of engagement with our campaigns.
- Your main goal is to schedule a consistent high volume of appointments for our AE’s and ensure a high meeting show rate.
- Contribute towards other touchpoints in the sales cadence using preliminary-templates and marketing data we have collected on prospects.
- Update the CRM with your call outcomes and document important info gathered to ensure an effective lead handoff process to the assigned AE.
- Conduct online marketing research on the new business leads and explain our solutions to prospects (training for this will be provided).

**Requirements**:

- English speaking from C1-level or above.
- 1+ year experience in cold calling (ideally in a B2B context) to demonstrate ability to handle objections, be comfortable with rejections, and proven persistence.
- Energized and comfortable working towards daily, weekly and monthly targets.
- Experience selling digital marketing solutions and working with CRMs or Sales Enablement software like Outreach.io or Salesloft is a plus.

**Compensation and Growth Potential**:

Pay: $4,000,000 - $10,000,000 per month
