**Resume of the Position**:
This person is responsible for ensuring that credit policies are followed for our Customers, provide financial support to the Customer Development team regarding the management of their Customers Accounts receivables, work together aligned with s.controlling team in order to solve the Account Receivable dispute cases and improve the KPIs to be in accordance with Company objectives, guidelines and Colgate Finance Policies.
**Main tasks**:
- AR monthly aging report
- AR reserves validations
- Bad debts quarterly calculation
- Train new CDEs regarding AR management
- Daily release sales orders once credit risk has been validated
- Calculate and monitor Customer's credit limit
- Customers meetings and visits and end month closing activities among others.
**What do you need for the Position?**
- Academic Background in Accounting, Finance, Administration or engineering
- 1-2 years of experience in finance areas
- Advanced/ intermediate English Level
- Excel (desirable)
- Google Suites (desirable)
