We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Real Estate Underwriter and Valuation Specialist.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough underwriting and valuation of properties.
- Analyze property data and market trends to determine property values.
- Utilize Excel to create and maintain detailed property valuation models.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on property valuations.
- Collaborate with the acquisition team to assess potential investment opportunities.
- Ensure all underwriting and valuation processes are conducted with high accuracy and attention to detail.

**Qualifications**:

- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and numerical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas and data analysis.
- Strong understanding of the written and oral English language.
- Background in real estate preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Availability for 20+ hours per week, with potential availability on Saturdays and Sundays.
