Job Title: Multimedia Graphic Designer

Location: Barranquilla, Colombia (Full-Time, In-Person)

About Us:

Aluna Beach Club, operating under the globally recognized Wyndham brand, is a luxury resort and real estate club in Santa Marta, Colombia. We are expanding our marketing team and seeking a creative and versatile Multimedia Graphic Designer to help elevate our brand through innovative visuals across various digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and produce multimedia content, including graphics, videos, and animations, for digital marketing, print, and social media campaigns.
2. Create visually stunning assets for websites, landing pages, and other digital platforms, ensuring brand consistency.
3. Collaborate with the marketing team to produce creative concepts for social media, email marketing, and digital advertisements.
4. Develop video content, motion graphics, and interactive media to enhance engagement.
5. Manage brand identity by maintaining and updating brand guidelines as needed.
6. Assist with email marketing efforts by designing engaging email templates and contributing to automation strategies.
7. Stay updated on design trends and best practices to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of visual content.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a Multimedia Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work.
2. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and motion graphics tools.
3. Experience with video editing, 3D modeling, and animation.
4. Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and email marketing platforms (Salesforce experience is a plus).
5. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
6. Strong attention to detail, creativity, and passion for design.
7. Prior experience in the hospitality or real estate industry is a plus.
