**Head of Sales**
- **Mission**:
Your mission will be to lead the Crehana Sales Squad for Companies in COUNTRY, ensuring a broad and sustained market penetration, achieving that a large number of companies know our value proposition, and adopting Crehana as the main digital learning ecosystem in their organizations.
- **Responsibilities**
- Manage revenue, sales targets, and other KPIs for the country/market.
- Work closely with GM / Country Manager and regional counterparts.
- Define key marketing and sales strategies for the market, as well as, budgets needed to deliver and drive successful execution to achieve results.
- Own the inbound and outbound sales strategy/process in the market: lead qualification, prospecting, pipeline building, and opportunity identification.
- Assume leadership of larger sales opportunities in the country/market, successfully collaborating with all other sales teams (e.g. Business Development, Sales Development, Customer Success).
- Be part of the selection process, own the training, and successfully manage the growing sales team in the country/market.
- Provide innovative and scalable solutions, including data management and sales processes to achieve team goals (e.g. Salesforce).
- Maintain a regular communication cadence with the global/regional sales organization to communicate best practices and share learning.
- Work towards meeting 100% of targets by achieving expected commercial revenue.
- Work closely with sales and revenue operations to constantly analyze results and identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and programs.
- Significantly increase brand presence in new cities and ensure all sales and marketing activities are aligned to it.
- **Expectations**
- You have more than 10 years of experience in direct sales (acquisitions), business development, and sales team management in B2B companies.
- You are a person with high adaptability to change and tolerance for uncertainty.
- You have experience in high growth and/or early-stage business environments.
- You have experience in managing teams: producing exceptional results with a positive impact on team culture.
- You are an expert in presentation, analysis, meeting management, process definition, and communication skills.
- You possess experience using CRM and analytical tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, SQL, Looker, Excel, etc.
- You are a self-starter with high problem-solving skills. In addition, you are willing to dig deep into data and understand processes from start to finish.
- You are a champion of positive culture and clear communication, very collaborative and excellent with people; you will be a good listener and build relationships quickly with business partners and associates.
- You have a genuine interest in education and social transformation (a must).
