This remote role plays a vital part in uncovering new real estate investment opportunities and significantly contributes to Elegran's growth trajectory.
**The Role**:
As our Lead Generation Specialist, your main responsibility will be to discover and decipher property ownership details, creating pathways for Elegran's investment teams to identify promising opportunities.
(The land parcels being targeted are in metropolitan areas within the USA)
**Where? Anywhere in LATAM**

**What You'll Do**:
Conduct research to reveal ownership of commercial properties, especially those owned by LLCs.
Use the provided information about the target land parcels to deduce the correct points of contact between small business companies and larger corporations.
Create and maintain comprehensive lead lists to guide investment opportunities.
Keep a well-organized record of your findings.
Communicate effectively with the Elegran team to share research outcomes.
Continually improve research and lead generation methods**.**
**Your Research Toolkit**:
Previous experience in a role that requires intensive research, like lead generation, IT recruitment, or sourcing.
Proficiency in database use and public records research.
Critical Analysis Thinking
Excellent internet research skills/online reverse lookup skills.
Problem-Solving and Data Interpretation Skills
Strong attention to detail and organization.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Real estate experience is beneficial but not a requirement**.**
