**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
1. Lead Management:
- Respond promptly to all leads.
- Manage and update the CRM daily to stay organized and focused until deals are closed.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain an efficient lead pipeline.
2. Client Interaction:
- Schedule and conduct appointments with potential clients.
- Build rapport with sellers to overcome objections and facilitate deal closures.
- Act as the lead contact for sellers and provide excellent customer service.
3. Lead Generation:
- Make calls to develop new leads.
- Utilize various real estate software for information on properties in target areas.
4. Negotiation:
- Negotiate win/win solutions for both parties during appointments.
5. Communication:
- Communicate efficiently and effectively with all parties involved.
- Answer, return, and follow up on phone calls generated by the lead system.
6. Learning and Development:
- Attend business meetings and training sessions as required.
- Willingness to learn the industry and contribute to maintaining and growing the
company's marketplace position.
7. Administrative Tasks:
- Perform other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.
