**Role**: Influencer Marketing Manager

**Schedule**: M-F / 8:00 - 5:00 PST with eventually 2-3 hours buffer/flexibility)

**Type of Contract**: Full Time - Independent Contractor

**Salary Range**: 2500 - 3500 USD (Based on Experience)

**Scope of the role**:
The **Influencer Marketing Manager** will be a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the beauty and haircare industry and a proven track record of developing and executing successful influencer campaigns. As an Influencer Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in driving brand awareness, engagement, and sales through meaningful partnerships with influencers and content creators.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive influencer campaigns from start to finish, including initial outreach, contract negotiation, campaign briefing, execution, and post-performance analysis.
- Identify and cultivate meaningful relationships with top-tier influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors within the beauty and hair care space.
- Negotiate and manage influencer partnerships, including contract negotiation, content collaboration, and campaign logistics.
- Collaborate cross-functionally within the marketing team, product development, and creative teams to ensure alignment and integration of influencer initiatives with overall marketing efforts.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of influencer campaigns and optimize strategies for maximum impact and ROI.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in influencer marketing to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior team members to foster their professional growth and development.

**Requirements**:

- **C1 English level, with excellent verbal and written communication skills (Must Have)**:

- 3-5 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably within the beauty or fashion industry. **(Must Have)**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven track record of successfully managing influencer campaigns from strategy development to execution and performance analysis.
- Must be comfortable leading and executing over 100+ partnerships monthly. **(Must Have)**:

- A strong network of relationships with influencers and content creators across various platforms (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.). **(Must Have)**:

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with influencers and stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and the ability to generate innovative ideas that resonate with target audiences.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms to track, measure, and report on campaign performance.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for beauty, hair care, and emerging trends in the industry.
