**Funciones del cargo**:
Los Mentores y Mentoras en Cosmo Schools, somos personas apasionadas por el aprendizaje. Disfrutamos acompañar a otros a aprender y promovemos el diseño de experiências inspiradoras desde una perspectiva activa, que construye desde el pensamiento, el gozo, la comprensión de los límites y el desarrollo de la libertad.
**En su vida cotidiana**:

- Lidera las experiências de aprendizaje, mantiene el sentido de los momentos pedagógicos, se encarga de la planeación de las experiências del día a día.
- Se comunica con familias.
- Realiza gestiones administrativas (diligenciamiento de bases de datos, seguimiento a la asistencia, colegio expandido).
- Hace valoraciones de los estudiantes y rutas de propósito y potencial.
- Diseña ajustes razonables para niñas y niños con alertas en el neurodesarrollo y diagnósticos.
- Participa en procesos de formación y aprendizaje para enriquecer su rol.
- Hace seguimiento oportuno a los procesos pedagógicos y de convivencia escolar basado en la Ruta de la Confianza.
- Trabaja de manera colaborativa con líderes, mentores, familias, mediadores y personas externas de acuerdo a las necesidades.
- Acompaña la ruta de bienestar de estudiantes y la ruta de propósito y potencial (alimentación).

- Eres licenciado/a de pregrado en educación especial.
- Tienes experiência mínima de 3 años en primera infancia, educación básica primaria hasta el grado 5° y/o experiência en atención a neurodiversidades.

**Salario**: $2.824.920
**Horario**: 40 horas semanales
**Tipo de contrato**: fijo
**Lugar de trabajo**: Medellín - Sede Centro.
**Requisitos**:
Pregrado en educación especial
Mínimo 3 años de experiência.
