**AR Control (Billing assistant) - Grade 7**

**Position Summary**:
This position reviews and generates billing based on incoming requests from internal customers. It is required requests to be processed within the established SLA and according to the quality standards of the area.

**Responsibilities**:

- Process invoices based on incoming requests, within the SLA and with high quality standards.
- High attention to detail.
- Timely response to internal and external requests.
- Look for, suggest, and implement improvements to the existing processes, keeping an eye on opportunities to carry out tasks more efficiently.
- Generate reports within the established time frames.

**Education and Work experience**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel (logic functions, pivots, macros, databases) and Access. Word and Power Point is also preferred.
- Accounting background - Preferred

**Other job requirements**
- 70% Excel
- 70% English level
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
