**Tu rol en Baxter**

Salvar y sostener vidas liderando los procesos de análisis de información, control de costos y cumplimiento de los procesos del área de recursos humanos en los equipos de ISC, contribuyendo a una mejor toma de decisiones con el fin de fortalecer el sentido de gratificación, orgullo y confianza en los empleados haciendo de Baxter el mejor lugar para trabajar.

Lo que realizarás en Baxter
- Proponer, consolidar, analizar y hacer seguimiento a indicadores de recursos humanos que permitan generar estrategias y tomar decisiones de forma efectiva para apoyar el logro de los objetivos de la compañía.
- Garantizar que la data de recursos humanos esté actualizada, correcta y almacenada en los lugares adecuados según normas y procesos de la compañía.
- Dar soporte y guía a líderes y empleados en el manejo de información de recursos humanos que debe ser gestionada por ellos para garantizar que cumpla con las normas y procesos.
- Apoyar los procesos de auditorías internas y externas de los diferentes sistemas de gestión y entes regulatorios con la información requerida desde recursos humanos garantizando que se cumple con los procesos y políticas establecidas.
- Llevar el control de los costos relacionados con el área de recursos humanos y realizar análisis de esta información que permita generar ideas de mejora continua.
- Preparar, consolidar y analizar la información para la elaboración y control del Budget, forecast y proyecciones semanales.
- Hacer seguimiento al proceso de temporales en términos de costos, tiempos y cumplimiento de políticas.
- Reportar novedades de los empleados al equipo de nomina para garantizar que los beneficios y prestaciones sean pagadas en tiempo y montos correctos.
- Ser punto de contacto inicial de empleados para resolver dudas de procesos, beneficios, pagos y ser un enlace entre estos y el equipo de nómina para garantizar que las dudas y situaciones se resuelvan.
- Brindar apoyo en todas las actividades de cultura, desarrollo y bienestar, ejecutadas por Recursos Humanos.
- Cumplir con la normatividad vigente.

Experiência de 2 años en RRHH

Inglés intermedio
