**Marketing Manager (Remote)**

**About us**:
GoodRec started 3 years ago with a small community in Brooklyn, New York. Since then, we have grown into the largest pickup sports app in North America. With the GoodRec app, finding a one-off pickup game, league, or tournament near you is fast and easy. All you have to do is tap the app, join a game, and show up ready to play
- GoodRec is an app where you can find sports games to play in near you.
- 1000 soccer games are played each week due to the app.
- We are backed by top US investors.
- We're looking for ambitious people who want to build the way the world plays sports.

**What you’ll do**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- End-to-End Campaign Ownership: Take full ownership of campaign planning, execution, and performance analysis to drive growth across various marketing channels.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Use insights from performance metrics and wider dashboards to inform strategies, optimise campaigns, and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Drive Growth through Digital Ads: Manage digital ad placements, particularly on Google Ads and Meta. Execute and optimize install campaigns autonomously with strategic support from the company.
- SEO and Keyword Research: Support keyword research initiatives to enhance search engine visibility and inform ad targeting.

**The ideal profile**:

- Entrepreneurs who want to build something big and set ambitious goals with experience working in high-growth start-ups.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; Hands-on approach with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong B2B and B2C relationships.
- Passionate about sports is a plus

**Some key requirements**:

- 5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a managerial role.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven results with paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
- Background in entrepreneurship with demonstrated success in implementing successful marketing strategies in startups would be beneficial.
- Fluent in English
