**This is a fixed-term position, with a 12-month contract.**

**Main objectives**:

- Inputs and review leaves, time-off, vacation, etc. within the time and attendance system.
- Compiles time and attendance data such as hours worked, leaves, time-off, vacation, etc. from time sheets and other records.
- Assists in reconciliations of leaves from time and attendance to Payroll systems.
- Prepares information submitted for changes to employee records and makes corrections on system.
- Assists employees on routine leaves.
- Ensure accurate record keeping and archiving of leaves documents.
- Performs all duties observing the policies and procedures for payroll administration and processing.
- Handling of confidential Information
- Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Performs other duties assigned as needed.
- Manage the accounting of payroll in different countries in LATAM.

**Main functions**:

- Reviews payroll data such as hours worked, missed punches, approvals from time sheets and other records.
- Ensures Time and attendance processing completes successfully.
- Investigates any issues that occur during processing.
- Tracks and reports on all manual corrections within time and attendance process.
- Follows up on any missing or incomplete data.
- Support payroll audits on time and attendance related items.
- Prepares in a proper, timely and accurate manner, time and attendance information to be transferred to payroll.
- Maintain clock devices information as needed within the Time and Attendance system.
- Follow up timesheets approvals in a weekly basis.
- Support employees and manager on time and attendance system usage.
- Execute source to target data reconciliation within related systems and resolves any issues relating to this activity.
- According to its specific responsibilities, it shall comply and shall cause to be complied, the SOX rules described in the effective DCM.
- Manage the accountability of LATAM Countries. This includes, reconciliation of accounts, monthly JE postings.
- Also, Maintaining Files of Documents and/or Information within the scope of its action in accordance with the Rules established in J&J’s Payroll Policies - Documentary Filing Terms.
- J&J Internal Policies and SOX and Compliance fulfillment.
- Also, J&J Payroll Organization shall be responsible for advising in due time any public policy changes in labor, pension and tax matters that may affect Payroll process.

**Qualifications**:

- Intermediate English;
- At least 2 years of experience in Payroll area;
- Knowledge in Accounting, Social Security and/or SAP are preferred.
