**PROJECT MANAGER**

**Responsabilidades y atribuciones**
- Entendimiento/levantamiento de requerimientos (story mapping, historias de usuario).
- Implementación de estrategias de proyecto desde el inicio hasta la puesta en producción de una funcionalidad.
- Ejecución de proyectos E2E.
- Desarrollo de Proyecciones/Estimaciones
- Elaboración de Planes de trabajo y reportes.
- Coordinación de equipos.
- Gestión de riesgos, dependencias e impedimentos.
- Dominio de PMI
- Ejecución de eventos y su adaptación con base en las necesidades de la organización.
- Gestión del trabajo (historias de usuario, tareas, defectos, incidentes).
- Técnicas de Estimación.
- Métricas de avance de proyectos.
- Metodologías de desarrollo y estándares para el análisis, diseño, codificación, pruebas, e implementación de software.
- Gestión de presupuesto.

**Requisitos y calificaciones**
Título profesional en alguno de los siguientes núcleos básicos del conocimiento de acuerdo con el SNIES:
❖ Ingeniería De Sistemas, Telemática y afines

❖ Ingeniería Electrónica, Telecomunicaciones y afines.

❖ Ingeniería Industrial y afines.

Experiência Diez (10) años de experiência profesional, de ellos cinco (5) años de experiência específica en coordinación y/o dirección de proyectos de desarrollo de software. Los proyectos deben haber incluido el análisis y/o diseño y/o construcción y/o implementación de soluciones de software.

Contar con dos titulos de posgrado en:
Especialización o maestría cuyo núcleo básico de conocimiento de acuerdo con el SNIES sea Ingeniería de sistemas, telemática y afines.

Especialización o maestría en áreas afines con la Gerencia de proyectos con áreas de conocimiento según SNIES de “Economía, administración, contaduría y afines” o “Ingeniería, arquitectura, urbanismo y afines
