**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Lead and design I&E/PCT (process control technologies) project Barranquilla Site, coordinate field support, and participate in check out, commissioning and start up, create new or modify existing process I&E/PCT procedures, standards and practices to stay current with technology and implement improved methods.
- Lead the crew responsible of the I&E/PCT program and the Optimization and Extension project activities.
- Lead IMTS process in site with IT support to warranty regulations accomplishments.
- Lead PHA process in site from technical perspective to support the accomplishments of site safety regulations, this includes regional and global interaction in Functional Safety, Machinery Safety, EPPD, Pressure Safety and others related.
- Develops, prioritizes, implements, and directs investment projects and improvement of production facilities and factory facilities, taking into account local technical legislation and global Bayer standards.
- Lead the planning, review and control of Electric, Pneumatic, Civil works piping and instrumentation (P&I) drawings. Ensure that the required technical documentation is available for the region user and the projects development.
- Support CapEx projects in LATAM on all PCT related topics and consult and lead project teams at project site as needed and in close collaboration with TISS.
- Develop and execute trainings for the production and technical personnel, in the commissioning of new equipment and projects, achieving an optimal performance from the personnel and the equipment with mínimal process interruptions.
- Collaborate with site, region, and global and site Engineering personnel and Engineering leaders and be member or lead the Engineering communities.

**WHO YOU ARE**
- Mechanical or Electronical Engineer (or similar areas) with Complementary Formation or Specific Knowledge in Design of Machinery Elements, Industrial Automation and Programing, Project Control, Preventive and Corrective Maintenance.
- At least 5 years of experience in the Industrial sector.
- Engineering project and industrial automation development with production equipment modification and selection.
- Instruments and electrical/process control technologies projects experience.
- Planning, programing and controlling of projects and preventive and corrective maintenance with personnel management.
- Knowledge in Preventive and Corrective Maintenance, Compressed air system design, Production Process Optimization. Mechanics and Automation design and the integration of those designs to the production process. Knowledge and usage of automation software, programmable logic controller, industrial instrumentation, Step 7, PCS7 and Microsoft Package (Word, Excel, Power Point and Project).
- Secure management on agrochemical products, Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, OHSAS 18001 norms; emergency management; kinds of risk and existing dangers; internal hygiene y security regulation, aspects and environmental impacts. Safe work permissions.
- Advanced English level (written and spoken), for management of Technical documentation and communication.
- SAP knowledge is desirable.
- Great interpersonal relationships, honesty in assigned activities with feedback culture.
- Leadership of effective teams, able to implement efficient solutions regarding process automation and control.
- Charisma and great potential for group work. Personal and professional development orientation for the crew members and self.
- General Organization in process and time management. Inductive, deductive and analytic thinking, attention to details, ability to work under pressure, and flexibility.
