As the Bilingual IT Manager, you will be a pivotal force in driving our technology landscape forward. Your responsibilities will encompass leading a proficient IT team, collaborating across departments, and developing and executing comprehensive IT strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement innovative IT strategies aligned with business goals, enhancing our digital brand presence.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; additional certifications are a plus.
- Over 5+ years of progressive experience in IT roles, with a strong focus on digital brand management.
- Proven success in devising and executing strategic IT plans within a corporate environment.
- Exceptional leadership skills, capable of join high-performing teams.
- Proficiency in leveraging data analytics to drive informed IT decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish for effective communication across international teams.
