**Description**
- Acts as a point of contact for key customers, OEM account managers, overseas support managers and customer support organizations within Cummins requiring service assistance to manage service interventions during and after the warranty period.
- Provides expert technical support to the Cummins Inc. service channel for complex service issues.
- Leads investigation of product or system problems, understands causal mechanisms, recommends appropriate actions. Supports the failure analysis process on common failure modes (e.g., PIR, CCR, HTD, TSR).
- Documents results of diagnostic and repair actions in appropriate database in a clear and concise manner.
- Provides technical input to analysis and policy decisions.
- Communicates to ensure that territories are well informed and that meetings are scheduled with regu

**Qualifications**

**Requirements**:

- University degree or equivalent in Engineering: Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics, Products and similar.
- Intermediate/Advanced English
