This position involves providing customer service and sales support for VGM products, including answering inquiries, making outbound calls, processing reservations, and providing supplementary product information, all while ensuring sales production pace with the team.

Essential Job Functions:

- Memorize the prices and features of Buggy products.
- Confirm customers' language preferences as you assist them.
- Address queries, complaints, and recommendations by customers.
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to review their eligibility and where needed provide product benefits/information.
- Take inbound calls as required.
- Create reservations for available vehicles for prospective customers.
- Follow up with prospective customers to review their interest and provide product information.
- Review prospective customer eligibility for the product.
- Gather pertinent information and documents.
- Submit prospective customer information to Underwriting.
- Keep sales production pace with the team.
- Redirect customers to the pertinent department, if needed.
- Defer to management in instances of uncertainty.
- Provide customers with details of supplementary products or services that may suit their needs.
- Search for commonalities in customer feedback to inform recommendations regarding our offerings.
- Administer and receive customer surveys on occasion.
- Arrive and departing on time.
- Attend meetings when required.
- Attend coaching sessions when required

Qualifications Needed:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative, Sales Support Representative, or similar role
- Bilingual in English in a professional capacity is required
- Exceptional verbal communication skills in fluent languages
- Computer literate
- Active listening skills and attention to details
- Solid awareness of your skill set and willingness to refer customers for help, as needed
- Professional, courteous, and forbearing
- Well-groomed and neat in appearance
- Must be comfortable with working remotely but has to be living in MX City or surrounding cities

**Benefits**:

- Monthly salary of 15-25k pesos per month
