**About the Job**

We are seeking a goal-oriented leader to join our Data & Analytics team

The Data Engineer & Reporting Supervisor will be responsible for supervising a team of data analysts and engineers, monitoring their productivity in relation to meeting deadlines to ensure information submission is on time and in proper format for various key stakeholders throughout the North American region.

In addition, this person will report directly to the Manager of Reporting & Analytics and will support automation, Data Warehouse, and visualization projects.

**As Data Engineer & Reporting Supervisor, You Will**
- Monitor the data and reporting management by program to submit the information on time
- Evaluate large volumes of data
- Support improvement capability and capacity through identification, design and development of automation using SQL Query, VBA, Tableau, Celonis, Power BI, big query and other tools and technologies
- Data and query optimization, query profiling, and query performance monitoring tools and techniques
- Create new dashboards and reports, as necessary
- Provide assistance with coordination to produce Ad Hoc reports
- Participate in the implementation of automation projects
- Provide support with the workflow and training management for the new hires on how they can best serve customers and teams of employees

**Requirements**:
**As Data Engineer & Reporting Supervisor, You Have**
- Post-Secondary degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Data Engineering, or other qualitative field
- 2-3 years’ experience in Data Analytics, Data Quality Assurance, Business Intelligence, or Strategic Planning areas
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Data warehouse environment
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, Google Suite, BigQuery, Data Studio/Looker, Tableau, and/or Data Warehouse management
- Exceptional time management, organizational and prioritization skills to complete work in a timely manner, with the ability to work both independently and in a team setting within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Adaptability to learn a variety of software programs
- Strong analytical and data problem solving skills
- Expert-level written and verbal communication skills
- Expert-level Computer Science knowledge
- Advanced problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
- Exceptionally detail-oriented
- Bilingual in both English and Spanish language
