**Job Description**:
Our IT Lead_Colombia will be responsible for communication with all business functions and keeping Biogen global standards in the affiliate, but with great contact and exposure within the LATAM region and global team. Will be accountable for all IT topics such as, but not limited to:

- Be an IT Business Partner understand business function’s strategy and effectively translating strategy into opportunities and requirements for technology solutions;
- Deploying global IT projects and leading specific local/regional projects;
- Proactively anticipate business needs to shape demand for IT services;
- Advocate for partners with IT colleagues as needed/appropriate. In turn, drive awareness and adoption of IT initiatives and changes driven by all organizations - including IT functional portfolios and foundational organizations;
- Proactively manage IT and functional stakeholders, delivery teams, vendors, and Steering Committees to ensure accountability and drive value.
- Leading and teaming with IT infrastructure/deskside support role to ensure quality network/devices/collaboration tools (MS Office 365/Teams, etc.) for all members in the affiliate
- Leading innovation, facilitating collaboration filling the gaps across functions when business faces issues.
- _Reports to our Head of IT LATAM_

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in IT / Technology;
- Based in Bogotá, Colombia (position is hybrid, not remote);
- Fluent English and Spanish;
- Skills in project management and/ or business analysis;
- Expertise in IT systems and lifecycle management that support each business functions’ processes / activities, e.g., CRM, Multichannel Platforms, PRC system for Medical/Promotion materials, and/or Supply Chain, Finance, HR systems.
- 3+ years related experience supporting least 2 functions besides Commercial area;
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is mandatory;
