Your Role
- The Human Resources Intern will work closely with the HRBP and Latin America Region Human Resources team.

What You Will Do- Support HR functions in occupational health and protocol documentation.-
- Assist with implementation of HR programs (i.e. on-boarding, new hire documentation, occupational health and protocol documentation) in the Bogota office.-
- Create and maintain periodic and ad hoc reports regarding metrics, employee. demographics, salary, staffing/productivity, and other related information.-
- Assist with various research projects and/or special projects for the office.-
- Participation in staffing and other operational functions within the region as appropriate.-
- Understand all Gensler policies and ensure compliance within the regions.-
- Respond to employee questions and requests regarding benefits, payroll and policies.-
- Maintain and ensure accuracy of HRIS data and personnel files.-
- Other duties as assigned.Your Qualifications- Currently studying towards a degree in human resource management or related field.-
- Experience working in an office environment.-
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and knowledge of InDesign a plus-
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately-
- Excellent organizational skills; attention to detail-
- Ability to quickly learn systems, processes and procedures-
- Strong initiative and solid judgment abilities/skills-
- Team player with the ability to establish collaborative working relationships-
- Self-motivated and capable of working under tight deadlines
