**¿A quién buscamos?**

Estamos buscando integrar a nuestro equipo comercial a un nuevo Sales Manager, persona a cargo de gestión y liderazgo del equipo de ventas. Para ello, tendrá que formular estrategias comerciales para la obtención de nuevos clientes, procurando cumplir con los objetivos del área y de la organización.

**¿Qué harás?**
- Generar estrategias comerciales de mejora continua para el óptimo funcionamiento del área
- Coordinar y supervisar al equipo, organizando tareas y prioridades del área
- Liderar en temas de gestión de personas al equipo
- Generar estrategias comerciales para la correcta atracción y mantención para los clientes
- Supervisar estrategias para identificar necesidades de los clientes y oportunidades de mejora del producto/servicio
- Adquirir, activar y retener usuarios.
- Coordinar a equipos externos (alianzas, MKT, generación de demanda) para poder asegurarse el correcto funcionamiento de las ventas.
- Conocimientos de Cadencia de Forecast y gestión del Pipeline.

- Más de 2 años de experiência liderando equipos.
- Conocimiento de metodologías de Forecast.
- Metodología de coaching/entrenamiento en equipos de ventas
- Conocimiento deseable en estrategias de Marketing.
