Introducing smoke-free products shifts the focus of our entire business. We’re fast moving from a B2B to a B2C model - and our newly created Customer Centric Organisation (CCO) is fundamental on that commercial transformation. Their role is to understand customer conversion journeys in different international markets, then to find the best ways to connect with smokers and convince them to switch to reduced-risk products.
We’re looking for customer-centric people with strong B2C experience to play a part in this major marketing transformation. Your ‘day to day’
Contribute to the generation of brand awareness, consideration, purchase intent and retention for all CCs brands in the Andean Cluster within our Trade and LAS, in line with global guidelines and regulations, through the creation and monitoring of execution of a content strategy aimed at all digital channels and engagement platforms (DTE).
Responsible for the development and monitoring of the execution of the CCs Content Strategy for digital channels seeking the generation of brand awareness, consideration, purchase intent, and retention for all combustibles brands in the Andean Cluster. This involves creating compelling and engaging content that aligns with global guidelines and resonates with target audiences.
Monitor the performance of the CCs Content Strategy on digital channels and engagement platforms and optimize accordingly. This involves analyzing data and metrics to determine what is working and what needs improvement.
Working with external marketing agencies, global transcreation agency and local creative agencies, with the aim to create and provide proper and clear briefings, to develop / localize the communication materials for Trade & DTE channels.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in content marketing. This involves field visits and being continually aware of the latest trends, mainly in digital marketing.
Who we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Publicity, or any other related field.
- 2+ years of experience in content creation and digital strategies preferably in FMCG
- Knowledge and experience working with B2B platforms.
- Strong communication skills
- Advanced English level.
- Experience to manage multiple concurrent projects and drive initiatives in a cross-functional environment.
- Comfortable writing and communicating effectively, copywriting skills is an advantage.
- Able to think creatively about innovative approaches to marketing. Project management skills
