We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative **Marketing Materials Manager** to join our team in Bogotá, Colombia. If you have a strong background in marketing and experience in managing the production and distribution of marketing materials, we want to hear from you

**Responsibilities**:

- **Develop and manage marketing materials**: Oversee the creation, production, and distribution of a wide range of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, digital content, and promotional items.
- **Ensure brand consistency**: Maintain consistency in all marketing materials by adhering to brand guidelines and ensuring that all materials effectively communicate the brand's message.
- **Collaborate with internal teams**: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and design teams to align marketing materials with overall campaign strategies and goals.
- **Vendor management**: Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers for printing and production needs, ensuring high quality and cost-effective solutions.
- **Budget management**: Manage budgets for the production and distribution of marketing materials, ensuring optimal use of resources.
- **Monitor and evaluate effectiveness**: Track the performance and effectiveness of marketing materials and make recommendations for improvements and adjustments based on feedback and analytics.
- **Inventory management**: Maintain an organized inventory of all marketing materials and ensure timely replenishment as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in marketing, specifically in managing marketing materials or a related role.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with printing processes, materials, and best practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of design software (such as Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
