**A day in the life**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Diverse Talent Networks: Proactively identify and leverage diverse talent networks to expand the organization's talent reach and visibility.
- Internship Program and Team Leadership: Manage, lead, and mentor junior team members and oversee the internship program, fostering growth and development.
- Spearhead innovation by harnessing AI and cutting-edge technologies to enhance operations and continuous improvement
- Leverage AI capabilities to streamline processes and achieve tangible, goal-oriented outcomes
- Administrative Support: Assist the Talent Acquisition team with administrative tasks, including initial applicant screening and job ad posting within Talent Hub.
**Role Requirements**:
- Recruitment/HR Exposure: Exposure to recruitment and/or HR practices to contribute effectively to the talent acquisition process.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a recruitment team.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and effective problem-solving abilities.
- Diversity and Inclusion Commitment: Strong commitment to promoting diversity and actively building talent networks to support inclusive hiring practices.
