En Rindegastos estamos buscando a nuestro/a siguiente **Customer Success Executive** para nuestro equipo de Customer Experience, quien tendrá como objetivo principal desarrollar y mantener fuertes relaciones con clientes, desde pequeñas empresas hasta grandes corporaciones en Colombia para asegurar la lealtad y satisfacción en el uso de la plataforma.
¿Qué tendrás que hacer?
- Establecer relaciones de confianza con los clientes, comprendiendo sus necesidades y proponiendo soluciones personalizadas asegurando la fidelización y retención de los mismos.
- Gestionar la cartera de clientes asignada para generar demanda y oportunidades de Up-selling y Cross-selling, incluyendo la gestión de nuevas integraciones, servicios y productos.
- Utilizar eficientemente herramientas como Hubspot, BDL, Monday, etc., para el seguimiento detallado de interacciones con clientes.
- Elaborar informes detallados sobre el rendimiento de clientes y tendencias, presentando análisis y recomendaciones.
Lo que necesitamos de ti:
- Mínimo 1 año de experiência en roles de Customer Success.
- Estudios en Ingeniería Industrial, Administración, Gestión de proyectos o carreras afines al cargo.
- Manejo de Excel nível intermedio.
- Conocimientos CRM (hubspot deseable)
