The **Branch Office and HR Manage**r is responsible for the overall management of their assigned office. Daily responsibilities will focus on supporting the team by providing Human resources and payroll support and serving as an advisor on Colombian labor and employment laws to the People Experience Director.

**Qualifications and Experience**: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in **Finance, Business Administration or Management, Human Resources** or related field. For-profit and Non-profit experience preferred. Global experience is a plus.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English, with a proficiency in English.
- Minimum of [5+] of direct hands-on experience in Human resources or human talent management and knowledge in SG-SST with SST license.
- Demonstrated knowledge of general HR policies, procedures and practices.
- Experience with investigations including, but not limited to, accidents and harassment allegations.
- Firm grasp of business finance/accounting/bookkeeping.
- Experience recruiting and developing a strong, diverse team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT and Outlook).
- Well-developed project management skills with demonstrated ability to multitask and effectively manage and prioritize tasks.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Analyze financial records.

**Salary**: $3,500,000 - $4,500,000 per month
