**The team you'll be part of**

Nokia’s People organization (CPO), that is responsible for leading a business-driven people strategy and offering people and workplace services to all Nokia employees. We partner closely with the business to provide a motivated and engaged workforce that is fit for the future. People Experience Americas Care organization, part of CPO, is primarily responsible for delivering excellent digital and human experiences to employees and managers in Americas region.

**What you will learn and contribute to**

We are looking for a Senior People Experience Care Partner who will review end-to-end CARE processes and will implement automation solutions to enhance efficiency and drive execution. Processes include employees' lifecycle processes and milestones for the operation in the Americas region.

As part of our team, you will:

- Handle inquiries and all milestones (like hiring, terminations), on people processes (operational and concepts), tools, policies, benefits, report analysis.
- Get a deep understanding of the activities in order to automate end to end processes or parts.
- Supporting country, regional or global projects and initiatives.
- Providing consultation to colleagues on data analysis.

**Your skills and experience**

We are looking for a results-oriented professional with experience in automation tools, RPA (robotic process automation), and interest in customer experience improvement for areas of People services or Human Resources.

You are:

- a Highly motivated professional with customer-focused and proactive attitude, able to anticipate their needs and providing value added solutions aligned within the relevant business context.
- experienced and have proven operational knowledge of HMI programming, GUI tools, HMI SW, visual basic, python or others.
- Prepared to take some risks and to leap out of comfort zone.
- a senior professional with a strong ability to adapt to change and a strong team player.
- able to build networks with all levels, with proven ability to build positive relationships with multiple stakeholders and in a demanding and fast paced environment.
- able to adapt: work effectively in complex and ambiguous situations, while still maintaining positivity.
- fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written). Portuguese is a plus.

It would be nice if you also had:

- Deep knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
