Buscamos **Talento Excepcional** para nuestro próximo **CRM Specialist** del equipo de **Growth**, quien será responsable de diseñar y administrar de inicio a fin las estrategias de adquisición, upselling/crosselling y retención de clientes en medios propios, planeando y ejecutando el plan de medios en búsqueda de la mayor conversión optimizando y refinando la comunicación con el usuario.

**Tus principales retos serán**:

- Crear estrategia de adquisición, upselling/crosselling y retención en medios propios, incluyendo la implementación de campañas y la estrategia de comunicación alineado con los lineamientos y conceptos creativos de marca.
- Administrar herramientas de comunicación propias, bases de datos y segmentación para optimizar la conversión.
- Interactuar con los roles proveedores de contenido digital para campañas en medios propios.
- Interactuar con los roles proveedores de datos para campañas en medios propios.

**Experiência**:
Tres (03) año de experiência en cargos similares

**Requisitos**:
Profesional en Ingeniería, Economía, Publicidad y Mercadeo, Administración, Matemáticas, ó Estadística.

**Conocimientos**:

- Conocimiento en herramientas como Clevertap, Emblue o similares.
