**Company**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the HubSpot expert; managing the company’s CRM database. Ensure data cleanliness and complete content in the CRM database
- Setup & administration of CRM to support development and success of Sales & Marketing strategies by developing and executing on priorities & plans
- Review and report on automation results to measure the effectiveness of sales & marketing tactics, making actionable recommendations based on data
- Establish and deliver marketing KPI reporting, dashboards, and analysis on program performance, conversions, attribution and effectiveness
- Develop, build, and improve system documentation and processes
- Proactively seek out opportunities to establish or enhance HubSpot’s contribution to the growth of our organization and our strategic objectives

**Experience**
- 2+ years proven experience in HubSpot setup and maintenance or costumer support
- Experience in similar platforms will be considered, including Salesforce, Marketo, ShareSpring, EngageBay.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Educated to Degree level or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, Engineering
- Proficient in Data Studio and Excel.
- Ability to Build reports and dashboards to provide visibility into campaign results and the ROI of investments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- **Proficient English**:

- Confortable working **Remotly**
