**RESPONSABILITIES**
- Accompany partners to support them on defining strategic plans in accordance with Ipsen priorities and roadmap._
- Provide clear guidelines about Ipsen objectives and expectations related to products strategies
- Challenge and validate proposed operations plans
- Guarantee that Partners’ operational plans are aligned with Ipsen strategy and be responsible for timely execution according to Ipsen Ethics and operations standard
- Follow-up of Partner’s action plans_
- Challenge partners action plans and secure their execution
- Monitor partners plan execution by creating a clear KPIs tracker, as a project management, updating this information on a monthly basis and presenting it in a dashboard report to the leadership team
- Ensure promotional materials availability on a regular basis
- Follow-up regulatory and Supply Chain roadmap
- Follow-up both marketing & sales/demand generation KPIs on a monthly basis being responsible for getting the report from the partners to share with the leadership team]
- Coordinate the implementation of new product/strength launches and support Alliance Director in the implementation of specific potential BD projects._
- Develop a launch readiness for each product/strength/country/partner involved
- Track timely execution of all phases involved in the process of the launch
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure the launch on a timely and effectively manner
- Follow closely with the partners the launch implementation plan
- Organize, train people accordingly
- Support the Alliances Director on a Business Case preparation, gathering minimum information to create scenarios for analysis and decision
- Prepare, implement and follow-up regional medical marketing projects._
- Define strategic objectives of the projects
- Ensure appropriate and timely Medical Education agency deliverables
- Liaise with KOLs
- Coordinate the scientific program design and implementation in conjunction with medical teams
- Validate attendee’s profiles, responsible for tools and materials preparation / production
- Communicate to partners projects progresses
- Assesses events impact
- Improve market understanding by performing market studies and making strategic recommendations accordingly._
- Identify, recommend & brief providers
- Review questionnaires
- Challenge and present results to Ipsen Management
- Propose action plan and cascade decision to Ipsen Partner
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Master’s degree in business or marketing, or other disciplines supplemented by relevant work experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a pharmaceutical company
- Desirable international experience, preferably in Latam region
- Fluent in English
- Fluent in Portuguese and/or Spanish
