As a **Patient Care Coordinator**, you will play a pivotal role in our client’s healthcare team, overseeing the monitoring of patient vitals and swiftly assessing their status. Your keen eye will allow you to determine whether vitals are within the healthy range or require immediate attention.

Here’s an overview of your future role:_**
- Employment type: Indefinite term type contract- Shift: Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm- Work setup: Onsite, Bogotá or Medellin

**What do you need to succeed?**
- Formal education as a Registered Nurse.
- Strong verbal and communication skills in English.
- In-depth understanding of disease processes related to vital sign monitoring (hypertension, heart failure, CKD, asthma/COPD, and obesity).
- In-depth understanding of various medications related to disease processes.
- Proficiency in time management and prioritization.
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Preferred clinical experience in inpatient settings.
- NCLEX certification.
- Clinical experience in inpatient settings is preferred.

- Monitor vitals and determine whether they are in or out of range.
- Assess vitals and prioritize based on patient needs.
- Call patients for verbal assessment and health teaching.
- Escalate patients to supervisor or emergency services when indicated.
- Maintain friendly and outgoing demeanor when speaking with patients
