As a **Data Entry Specialist**, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our client’s data systems. Your responsibilities will include the precise input and updating of data into databases, spreadsheets, and various software systems. Rigorous attention to detail will be essential as you verify and cross-reference data to ensure its accuracy and completeness.

**What do you need to succeed?**
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Specialist or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in data entry and management software/tools (e.g., MS Excel, Google Sheets, database systems).
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Understanding of data confidentiality principles.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team.

Plus:

- Experience with data analysis or reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Familiarity with data cleaning and validation techniques.
