Tu misión será identificar y seleccionar estratégicamente oportunidades comerciales en el mercado, asegurando el cumplimiento de objetivos como GMV, CAC y rentabilidad del negocio. Serás clave en demostrar el valor agregado de nuestras soluciones integrales de energía, software y hardware, posicionando a Bia como el aliado estratégico ideal para los usuarios en su camino hacia la eficiencia energética.

**Lo que harás**:

- Prospectar y desarrollar un sólido pipeline de clientes potenciales a través de diversas estrategias de generación de leads, incluyendo prospección en frío, networking, referidos, etc.
- Elaborar propuestas comerciales personalizadas y presentaciones persuasivas que resalten los beneficios y el valor añadido de la tecnología en energía, mostrando cómo puede mejorar la eficiencia y la sostenibilidad de las operaciones del cliente.
- Mantenerse actualizado sobre los diferentes factores que puedan afectar el sector energético, como la normatividad, los entes reguladores, las condiciones ambientales o geográficas, con el fin de proporcionar a los clientes información relevante y apoyarlos en la toma de decisiones informadas sobre sus soluciones energéticas.
- Representar a la Bia en eventos de la industria energética, estableciendo relaciones sólidas con líderes del sector y generando oportunidades de negocio potenciales.

**Lo que necesitarás**:

- Profesional en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial, Mercadeo, Economía o carreras afines.
- Mínimo 3 años en roles comerciales, preferiblemente como KAM en sectores relacionados con energía, tecnología o soluciones B2B.
- Conocimiento en análisis de datos y herramientas CRM.
