Tender/quotation Specialist

**General information**:
Develop accurate, timely completion of technical bid and proposal documents, ensuring alignment with schedule, quality standards, safety requirements, and cost targets.

**Responsibilities**:
- Creating, implementing and reviewing local Sales Support strategies, in line with global strategy.-
- Overseeing the creation of estimations, bids and proposals to ensure alignment with relevant Hitachi Energy procedures and guidelines as well as legal requirements.-
- Ensuring that all competitive offers consider the market situation and customer conditions.-
- Supporting the Sales organization to determine optimal and most cost-effective solutions to meet customer needs.-
- Assigning internal and external resources for technical and commercial support and proposal preparation to maintain high-level technical and commercial support for internal and external customers.-
- Facilitating support to the Sales organizations during technical meetings, product presentations and negotiations with customers and providing technical support and clarification as needed.-
- Analyzing customer needs and competitor offers through market intelligence and insight from Sales teams.-
- Guiding, motivating, coaching and developing the skills, knowledge and competencies of the Sales support team.-

- Education: Electrical Engineer-
- Languages: Intermediate English-
- Expertise (Years): 3 years-
- Substation equipment, worked with substation offers (assembly, equipment, construction) EPC of substations Sales (negotiation, strategy)-
- Advanced Excel Knowledge of proposal estimates, tender management, risk analysis, utilities and electrical solutions**Basic Info**
