En Solvo Global estamos buscando a un Chat Service Representative bilingüe para unirse a nuestro equipo de soporte al cliente. Esta persona será responsable de proporcionar un servicio excepcional al cliente a través de chat en línea y resolver cualquier problema que puedan tener los clientes en tiempo real.

**Responsabilidades**
- Proporcionar soporte al cliente a través de chat en línea.
- Resolver problemas y preguntas de los clientes en tiempo real.
- Manejar múltiples conversaciones de chat simultáneamente mientras mantiene un alto nível de calidad de servicio.
- Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con otros miembros del equipo para garantizar una resolución rápida y efectiva de los problemas de los clientes.
- Documentar y registrar todas las interacciones con los clientes de manera precisa y detallada.

**Requisitos**
- Bilingüe en inglés y español (hablado y escrito).
- Excelente capacidad de comunicación y habilidades interpersonales.
- Experiência previa en servicio al cliente o en un rol de soporte.
- Conocimiento básico de herramientas de soporte al cliente y software de chat en línea.
- Capacidad para trabajar en horarios rotativos y fines de semana si es necesario.
- Orientado a soluciones y capacidad para pensar de forma creativa para resolver problemas.
