**Misión del cargo**
Diseño y generación de propuestas técnicas del negocio, así como soporte y presentación de la arquitectura de la solución de acuerdo con los requerimientos del cliente.
**Responsabilidad (Qué hace)**
- Facilitar presentaciones, cursos, seminarios, certificaciones y workshops a canales o potenciales clientes.
- Visita a clientes para conocer la necesidad técnica.
- Implementación de la solución.
- Certificación del producto.
**Acciones (Cómo lo hace)**
- Realizar certificaciones y laboratorios dando a conocer la arquitectura de solución.
- En la visita entender las necesidades del cliente de acuerdo al sector al que va dirigido y en donde quieren implementar la solución. Identificar las necesidades técnicas del cliente.
- Ejecución de programas y pruebas piloto (DEMOS O POC).
- Contacto con los fabricantes evaluar nuevos productos y conocimiento del mismo. Tomar las certificaciones requeridas para el desempeño adecuado del rol y la respuesta oportuna de los requerimientos asignados.
**Resultado final (Para qué)**
- Realizar la capacitación a los canales de acuerdo con el producto y brindar soporte en la implementación de la solución.
- Diseño y estructura de la propuesta preventa como soporte para el área comercial.
- Garantizar la implementación y funcionalidad, así como el conocimiento del producto por parte de los canales.
- Dar a conocer el producto como solución arquitectónica, de acuerdo a la necesidad del canal.
**Formación Académica**
- Nível académico requerido: Profesional
- Carrera: Ingeniería de Sistemas, Ingeniería Electrónica y Telecomunicaciones o redes (DESEABLE)
- Posgrado: No aplica.
- Conocimientos técnicos requeridos:
- TI, Arquitectura de soluciones
- Preventa: Seguridad informática
- Preventa Networking o acceso
- Preventa: Data Center
- Deseable experiência con la marca que se vaya a manejar (INDISPENSABLE)
