**The Daily - Major Activities**

End-to-end campaign management including:

- Recommend best practice for audience segmentation and set up method to launch a successful marketing program or campaign;
- Building ad-hoc and automated campaigns within the Braze platform;
- Routing campaign builds through necessary stakeholders;
- Tracking campaign status and scheduling on the project board;
- Deploying campaigns in Braze;
- A/B testing campaign development and execution;
- Partner closely with stakeholders from marketing strategy to fulfill strategic objectives;
- Partner closely with creative, MarTech, and legal to fulfill campaign requests.

**The Essentials**
- Basic knowledge of lifecycle marketing;
- Experience with audience segmentation tools;
- Braze experience preferred;
- Fluency writing and speaking in English and Spanish is required;
**The Nice to Haves**
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an excellent attention to detail;
- Ability to liaise with creative, marketing and business teams;
- Strong team focus with outstanding organizational and resource management skills;
- Intermediate / advanced skills in Excel;
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field is preferred.
