OverviewWe are seeking a motivated graduate to join our Internal Audit team with a focus on integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) and advanced analytics into audit processes. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine audit fundamentals with cutting-edge technology, helping the team enhance efficiency, risk detection, and insight generation. How you'll make an impact• AI Integration in Audit Processes:Assist in identifying opportunities to apply AI and machine learning within audit planning, execution, and reporting.Support the development and deployment of AI-driven tools for data analysis, anomaly detection, and predictive risk assessment.• Data Analytics & Automation:Work with large datasets from multiple systems to extract, clean, and analyze information for audit purposes.Develop scripts and dashboards to automate repetitive audit tasks and visualize key risk indicators.• Collaboration & Research:Partner with IT, Compliance, Data Analytics, UK Data Office, and Risk teams to ensure AI solutions align with governance and compliance standards.Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and best practices relevant to internal audit and insurance brokerage.• Audit Support:Assist auditors in applying AI tools during audits, including testing controls and identifying unusual patterns.Contribute to audit reports by providing data-driven insights and recommendations. About youSkills & Qualifications:•Education:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Finance, Risk Management, or related field.• Technical Skills:Basic to advanced understanding of AI/ML concepts and data analytics tools (Python, R, SQL, Power BI, or similar).Familiarity with automation and visualization tools.• Soft Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Detail-oriented and eager to learn.What We OfferExposure to both audit and AI innovation in a dynamic insurance environment.Training and mentorship from experienced auditors and data specialists.Potential wider career development opportunities in audit, risk, and technology.
