Job Description

As a Technical Support Representative , you'll be the first line of support, ensuring seamless operations for our fleet of AI-powered delivery robots.

Job Overview

Employment type: Indefinite Term Contract

Shift: Rotating Shift (Day and Night)

Work setup: Onsite, Bogotá.

Salary: $1.900.000 COP

The Qualifications We Seek:

  • English proficiency (B2 Level)
  • Technical proficiency in AI-driven platforms, robotics, or remote monitoring.
  • Previous experience in Customer Service Campaigns (Technical Support)
  • Basic traffic rules knowledge and map reading/navigation skills.
  • Fast reaction time and ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to escalate incidents effectively.
  • Previous experience with computer simulators or gaming navigation tools is a plus.

Your Daily Tasks:

  • Correctly use shift statuses in our system
  • Accept all assigned requests within SLA
  • Assist the robot in moving along the route.
  • Provide safe remote command of the robot.
  • Define operational areas on the map.
  • Mark interventions and requests.
  • Report robot incidents within SLA.
  • Escalate problems to teammates within our platform.
