Job Description As a Customer Support Representative , you will ensure the seamless operation of AI-powered delivery robots by monitoring, assisting, and remotely guiding them along their routes.
You will define operational areas, report incidents, and escalate issues when necessary.
This role demands technical proficiency, quick decision-making, and strong problem-solving skills to support Avride's cutting-edge autonomous mobility solutions.
Job Overview Employment type: Indefinite Term Contract Shift: Rotating Shift (Day and Night) Salary: $1.900.000 COP Work setup: Onsite – Bogotá Your Daily Tasks Accurately update shift statuses in the system.
Accept and process all assigned requests within SLA.
Assist autonomous robots in navigating their designated routes.
Provide safe and precise remote commands to the robots.
Define and adjust operational areas on the map.
Log interventions and process requests efficiently.
Report robot incidents promptly within SLA guidelines.
Escalate issues to appropriate teammates via the platform.
Requirements The Qualifications We Seek Technical expertise in AI-driven platforms , robotics , or remote monitoring .
Previous experience in customer service campaigns ( technical support preferred).
Strong understanding of basic traffic rules and map reading/navigation skills.
Quick reaction time and the ability to multitask effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to escalate incidents appropriately.
Experience with computer simulators or gaming navigation tools is a plus.
