Key Responsibilities

  • Design high-quality visuals for digital platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, podcasts, and downloadable materials.
  • Develop and produce graphic designs for printed materials such as gift cards, internal documents, and advertisements.
  • Create engaging visuals that align with Virtue Health’s brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
  • Manage, maintain, and update brand assets, including logos, fonts, and color schemes, to preserve Virtue Health's corporate identity.
  • Oversee multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Stay informed on the latest trends, tools, and technologies in graphic design and visual communication.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and creative teams to understand project requirements and deliver on-brand visual assets.
  • Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve visual content.
  • Contribute innovative ideas during brainstorming sessions to elevate project outcomes.
  • Edit and produce video content tailored for web, social media, and marketing campaigns.
  • Optimize all visual and multimedia content for various digital platforms to ensure maximum impact.
  • Might create motion graphics and animations to enhance multimedia projects and storytelling.
  • Might edit raw video footage into polished, professional-quality final products.

Key Qualities We Are Looking For

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in design tasks.

Education and Experience

  • 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
  • Experience with motion graphics and animation is a plus.
  • Experience with UX/UI design tools (Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD) is a plus.
  • English proficiency at a C1/C2 level.
