Key Responsibilities

1. Design high-quality visuals for digital platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, podcasts, and downloadable materials.
2. Develop and produce graphic designs for printed materials such as gift cards, internal documents, and advertisements.
3. Create engaging visuals that align with Virtue Health's brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
4. Manage, maintain, and update brand assets, including logos, fonts, and color schemes, to preserve Virtue Health's corporate identity.
5. Oversee multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high-quality standards.
6. Stay informed on the latest trends, tools, and technologies in graphic design and visual communication.
7. Collaborate closely with the marketing and creative teams to understand project requirements and deliver on-brand visual assets.
8. Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve visual content.
9. Contribute innovative ideas during brainstorming sessions to elevate project outcomes.
10. Edit and produce video content tailored for web, social media, and marketing campaigns.
11. Optimize all visual and multimedia content for various digital platforms to ensure maximum impact.
12. Create motion graphics and animations to enhance multimedia projects and storytelling.
13. Edit raw video footage into polished, professional-quality final products.

What Success Looks Like in the First 90 Days

1. Demonstrate high design velocity by completing and delivering design projects for digital and print platforms, maintaining consistent output and timely delivery within the first 90 days.
2. Update and organize all brand assets for ease of access and use.
3. Successfully execute at least two collaborative projects with the marketing team.
4. Demonstrate proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and intermediate video editing tools.

Education and Experience

1. 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design.
2. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects).
3. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
4. Experience with motion graphics and animation is a plus.
5. Experience with UX/UI design tools (Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD) is a plus.
6. English proficiency at a C1/C2 level.
