El equipo Logistics

En el equipo de Operations de Cabify Logistics estamos buscando la persona idónea para que se incorpore como Operations Excellence Specialist. Formarás parte de un equipo dinámico y ejecutor, y tendrás un rol clave con managers, especialistas, y analistas para apoyarte.

Misión del puesto

¿Cómo nos ayudarás a cumplir nuestra misión?

  • Estructurar y liderar iniciativas de mejora continua en los procesos operacionales, identificando oportunidades para aumentar la eficiencia, reducir costos y mejorar la calidad del servicio.
  • Evaluar la viabilidad y el impacto de la implementación de nuevas tecnologías en las operaciones, trabajando en estrecha colaboración con equipos internos y proveedores externos.
  • Colaborar con stakeholders locales y globales para alinear los procedimientos operativos con los estándares y objetivos corporativos.
  • Liderar el lanzamiento de nuevas operativas con clientes nuevos, desde la fase de diseño hasta la implementación y seguimiento post-implementación.
  • Acompañar el proceso de implementación de nuevos procesos y tecnologías, asegurando una transición fluida y minimizando posibles impactos en la operación.
  • Dirigir proyectos estratégicos relacionados con la optimización de procesos, la implementación de nuevas herramientas o la expansión de servicios.
  • Facilitar la alineación de equipos internos en torno a los nuevos procesos y procedimientos, proporcionando orientación y apoyo durante todo el proceso de cambio.
  • Realizar análisis de datos y métricas clave para evaluar el desempeño operativo y proponer acciones correctivas o mejoras adicionales.

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Afinidad con nuestros principios.
  • Experiencia previa mínima de 5 años en roles similares, preferiblemente en entornos de logística, operaciones o servicios.
  • Demostrada capacidad para liderar proyectos de mejora operativa y cambio organizacional.
  • Experiencia en el diseño e implementación de tecnologías de gestión de procesos y herramientas de automatización.
  • Habilidades avanzadas de comunicación y negociación, con experiencia en el trabajo con equipos multidisciplinarios y stakeholders de diferentes niveles.
  • Fuerte orientación a resultados y capacidad para trabajar de manera autónoma en entornos dinámicos y exigentes.
