TMF Colombia is currently seeking a skilled Bilingual Billing Specialist with a minimum of 3 years of experience in financial areas, billing, invoicing, and Excel. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement based in Bogotá, Colombia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accuracy of Client Master Data in ERP systems
  • Execute billing in compliance with policies and procedures
  • Proactively communicate and address issues
  • Distribute sales invoices following internal procedures
  • Provide billing information to relevant stakeholders
  • Collaborate with business departments
  • Interact with various TMF offices and departments
  • Promote a positive team atmosphere
  • Adhere to internal policies and procedures
  • Prepare supporting data for reporting
  • Contribute to continuous process improvement

Key Requirements:

  • University/College Degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Proficiency in English (verbal and written)
  • MS Office proficiency
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
