El Grupo Interpublic, una de las organizaciones de publicidad y marketing más grandes del mundo, ha implementado un Centro de Servicios Compartidos de Finanzas y Contabilidad en Bogotá, Colombia que presta servicios a todas las agencias de la red IPG en el Caribe y Centroamérica.
Es responsable de la causación de todas las cuentas por pagar correspondientes a las transacciones de medios, producción y gastos de las agencias de publicidad y centrales de medios.
Principales
Responsabilidades:
- Preparar y revisar preliminares de facturas de clientes e intercompañías, validando que se cumpla con las políticas/requerimientos de los clientes y corporativas.
- Generación de facturas y notas crédito de cliente.
- Aclarar y garantizar que las consultas relacionadas con la factura de Cliente / Equipo de finanzas local se resuelvan y se comuniquen oportunamente.
- Asistir las actividades de cierre del período y el proceso de presentación de informes.
- Identificar valores sobrefacturados y/o subfacturados.
- Apoyo a la coordinación de las auditorias internas y externas cuando se requiera.
- Asistencia a la reconciliación y cierre de los Jobs.
- Atender y dar respuestas oportunas de solicitudes o requerimientos vía correo electrónico.
- Reportar y hacer seguimiento a los tickets reportados al sistema contable.
- Generar reportes periódicos de lo pendiente por facturar o cerrar.
- Garantizar, el cumplimiento de los procesos SOX y las Políticas y Procedimientos corporativos
