Main Responsibilities:
- Employee life Cycle Management
- Maintenance of employee files
- Maintain the integrity of data on all HR & Payroll Systems
- Control de benefits administration
- Control the licenses and vacations of employees
- Assist with the implementation and management of all HR policies and procedures across the organization
- Detect areas of opportunity for improvement within the areas.
What will help you succeed:
- Knowledge and experience with people operations process
- Have a minimum of 2-years of experience working on an HR/people team.
- Knowledge in Employment Law and other employment related legislation and regulations.
- Believe and love what you do.
- Have imagination and love innovating.
- Being flexible & goal oriented.
- Experience working with
- Being capable of taking a step back to look at a bigger picture.
- Enjoy solving problems.
- Intermediate English skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Experience in a similar position.
- Knowledge of SAP.
- Knowledge of Excel and/or Google Spreadsheets user.
