TMF Colombia is currently seeking a skilled Bilingual Billing Specialist with a minimum of 3 years of experience in financial areas, billing, invoicing, and Excel. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement based in Bogotá, Colombia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accuracy of Client Master Data in ERP systems
- Execute billing in compliance with policies and procedures
- Proactively communicate and address issues
- Distribute sales invoices following internal procedures
- Provide billing information to relevant stakeholders
- Collaborate with business departments
- Interact with various TMF offices and departments
- Promote a positive team atmosphere
- Adhere to internal policies and procedures
- Prepare supporting data for reporting
- Contribute to continuous process improvement
Key Requirements:
- University/College Degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Proficiency in English (verbal and written)
- MS Office proficiency
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
