Sobre el rol

Realizar la gestion promocional de las marcas del portafolio IFCN en len la zona norte comprendida por Fundación Santa Fé + El Bosque + La Sabana, con la finalidad de incrementar la participacion en el mercado.

Base Bogotá con correría La Sabana (Chía, Cajicá y Zipaquirá)

Tus reponsabilidades
  • Asegurar la cobertura y el Reach del panel médico y de farmacias asignado a través de la planeación diaria
  • Garantizar el crecimiento de la participación en el mercado de Health
  • Mantener un 90% en las evaluaciones de conocimientos del portafolio
  • Realizar de manera trimestral el informe de Territory Management con planes de acción enfocados en el resultado
  • Realizar un manejo adecuado de la Muestra médica, verificando el inventario recibido conforme a lo cargado en VEEVA, hacer un autoconteo para verificar que las cantidades registradas coincidan con el inventario para asegurar el buen uso del recurso y cumplir con las políticas de compliance.
  • Mantener actualizada la información del panel médico (escalera de adopción, potencial)
  • Destinar adecuadamente los recursos disponibles como son el presupuesto para actividades promocionales, apoyo para educación médica continua para asegurar el retorno a la inversión.
  • Asegurar la convocatoria en calidad y cantidad de los asistentes a los eventos de educación médica continua propios y de terceros, cumpliendo con los procesos y la normatividad para garantizar la recomendación de los productos.
La experiencia que buscamos

- Profesional en áreas de la salud, administrativas o afines

- Conocimientos en ventas

- Experiencia de mínimo 2 años en visita medica
