- Output 1: Technical document that details the methodology that will be used for the information gathering in relation to the environmental and risk components existing in the RIPs, including implementation times and details of the data to be collected.
- Output 2. Technical document that analyzes the results and scope obtained through the implementation of the various Integral Urban Revitalization Plans carried out by the District Secretary of Habitat, emphasizing, in this case, the environmental and risk components existing in the territories, including the study of both the previous and current conditions of the areas
The docu-ment should include:
- Analysis of the environmental and risk components present in the territories and areas of study
- Technical detail of the existing shortcomings and problems related to the environmen-tal and risk components, including cartographic analysis of the established findings.
- Analysis of the location and environmental structure of the settlements established in the project.
- Determine the impact and progress of the Integral Urban Revitalization Plans from the environmental and risk components.
- Determine the main problems and shortcomings in the development and management of the PIRs from the environmental and risk components.
- Determine the main risk zones, showing how their growth and development has been established.
- Output 3. Document with methodological guidelines for the promotion of Integral Urban Revitalization Plans, including the development of conclusions and results that allow for better execution and management
The document should include:
- Results achieved by the PIRs from the environmental and risk components.
- Conclusions regarding the objectives achieved and the existing problems related to the execution of the programs.
- Elements and recommendations regarding essential environmental and risk issues that should be integrated into the PIRs to provide greater scope and success to their objec-tives.
- Guidelines for the implementation of the proposed recommendations from the financial and chronological components.
- Establishment of a roadmap with clear guidelines that allow the establishment of envi-ronmental and risk components in the new territories where PIRs are developed.
- Recommendations that include innovation components from a New Urban Agenda and Sustainable Development Goals perspective.
- Guidelines for the methodological consolidation of the Plans from an environmental and risk perspective that allows easy replication in other territories of the District.

Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES
a.) Information and validation:
- The consultant will be responsible for keeping the HUB Coordinator informed and having to obtain validation of his/her activities in the full project cycle.
b.) Development:
- Review and analysis of the information available at the District Secretariat of Habitat and other entities in relation to the implementation and progress of the Integral Urban Revitalization Plans.
- Carry out the different studies and analyses required at expert level to achieve the objectives set out in the project.
- Analysis and characterization of the territory from the different components of environment and risk.
- Analysis of the methodologies and processes applied so far by the District Secretariat of Habitat in the development of the PIRs.
- Development of guidelines and conclusions that allow the promotion and better implementation of the PIR.
- Collaboration with the other members of the team for an adequate articulation of the different results and components that make up the project.
- Provide highlevel technical support when required, both by the counterpart and other members of the technical team.
- Elaboration of a synthesis where the results obtained from the developed analyses are condescended.
- Carry out those activities assigned by the HUB Coordination that correspond directly to the consultant's profile.
- Attend meetings, workshops, and relevant spaces where their participation is required.
- Accompaniment in the coordination and consultation with the corresponding entities.
- Carry out knowledge transfer processes (workshops and trainings) to the multiple stakeholders involved.
c.) Approval:
- The consultant will be responsible for supporting compliance with project approval processes, as well as monitoring the development and implementation of programs and projects.
